Services I Offer

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

I offer individual therapy for adults—ranging from college-aged young adults to those in later stages of life, with a focus on supporting women through meaningful and often challenging life transitions. These may include changes in career direction, relationship endings or beginnings, becoming a parent, navigating divorce, experiencing grief or trauma, adjusting to aging or menopause, redefining identity or purpose, and other periods of personal upheaval or growth.

These seasons of life can stir emotional pain, anxiety, or uncertainty — but they also hold the potential for deep healing and transformation.

Together, we work to uncover clarity, strengthen resilience, and build a deeper sense of calm, confidence, and self-worth.

I work well with people from a wide range of cultural backgrounds and life experiences.

I offer therapy in both English and Armenian. As an child of immigrants myself, I value the role of cultural identity in shaping our inner world, and I strive to create a space where every part of your story feels seen, respected, and honored.

CHILD AND TEEN THERAPY

In addition to adults, I also work well with children and adolescents in a safe, supportive where they can feel empowered. My clinical work began in public schools, supporting elementary and high school students navigating depression, anxiety, grief, bullying, and social challenges. Over time, I have also worked with young clients facing abuse or neglect, family transitions such as parental divorce, school-related difficulties, and behavioral struggles.

Using play therapy and art-based interventions, I help children and teens express themselves, process emotions, and develop coping skills in ways that feel natural and engaging. These challenges can bring up frustration, worry, or sadness but they also hold the potential for growth and healing.

Together with your child, we will work to strengthen confidence, emotional regulation, and self-understanding. I collaborate with caregivers to provide guidance and support, helping families feel more connected.

FAMILY THERAPY

Family life can be complicated.

Transitions, stress, and differing perspectives sometimes create tension but these moments also hold the potential for growth, understanding, and stronger connections. I provide family therapy for children, teens, adults, and their parents or caregivers, offering a space to address conflict, misunderstandings, or communication challenges.

In joint sessions, we work together to improve communication, build empathy, and develop practical strategies for resolving conflicts. My collaborative approach helps families navigate difficult conversations, strengthen relationships, and create a more calm, connected, and supportive home environment.

Families can move from frustration or disconnection toward cooperation, and a deeper sense of understanding and unity.

CHRISTIAN COUNSELING

Upon request, I offer Christian counseling for those who want to navigate life with faith as a guide.

Whether you are struggling with sadness, relationship tensions, grief, or questions about your life's purpose, we can work together to make sense of what you’re facing and notice God’s guidance and comfort in the process. Sessions can include prayer, reflection, and scripture based insight alongside practical evidence based tools for navigating life’s difficulties.

My goal is to walk alongside you with care and attentiveness.

Together, we explore what matters most to you, strengthen your sense of hope, and uncover a deeper sense of calm and purpose that feels authentic to your life and faith.
