AREAS OF FOCUS

My approach to therapy is a blend of Psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), to support each client’s unique journey.

Psychodynamic therapy helps uncover how past experiences shape current emotions and relationships.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) offers practical tools to address negative thought patterns, manage stress, and build self-confidence. Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is an approach for couples that helps partners understand and express their deeper emotions, break negative interaction patterns, and strengthen both emotional and sexual intimacy.

Together, these approaches allow us to explore, understand, and transform patterns that may be holding you back, while providing practical strategies for growth and well-being.
